Monthly Membership
Due each month you wish to use sitting services and book sitters
Sitter Rate
Due directly to the sitter upon completion of care request– The rate you choose will determine the number of applicants and their level of experience
– Sick care: some sitters will provide sick care pending the diagnosis. But a competitive rate of no less than $30/hr should be offered to secure care
– Overnights: $150/night minimum for children who sleep through the night. Hourly rates will be applied whereby the children do not sleep through the night
– A $50 cancellation fee is due if a sitter is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. This is paid to the sitter.
Agency Fee
Due upon completion of care request– $20 daily placement fee is due for each booked sitter
– Rush Fee: A $20 rush fee is applied for requests with less than 24 hours notice
– Cancel bookings at any time
– Nanny profiles and references sent prior to placement for your approval
– Annual background screening renewals on all sitters
– Current First Aid and CPR certifications on all sitters
– Current and active driver license checks on all sitters
Sitting Service Process
1. Join the Regent of the Realm.
Complete your profile and a consultation call. Sign the service agreement and pay the membership fee. Submit requests 24/7.
2. We start the search.
We will forward the top vetted candidates for your consideration.
3. Meet your sitter.
Book your sitter via an online profile. You will both receive reminders of the care request the day before.
4. Hiring process.
Upon completion of the care request, pay the sitter their hourly rate via cash or check.
5. Ongoing Support.
We will check in to see how it went, answer any questions, and provide ongoing care as needed!
We will arrange a time to speak with you so we may get to know you and your children just like we get to know our nannies to ensure lasting success.

The membership fee enables you access to over 400 of the best sitters and nannies in town. You can release as many care requests as you need directly from your portal 24/7. The $20 daily placement fee covers the administrative work involved with providing and reserving a sitter for you at the time you desire it. Each time we match you with a sitter, we spend a great deal of time searching, interviewing, recruiting, and analyzing our sitter database to match you with the best care.
